JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage guest flow efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant etiquette is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Experience using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
