JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements in a busy restaurant environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous host/host experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Strong background in food service and customer service, with a focus on guest relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Experience in hotel guest services or serving can enhance your candidacy.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Join our team as a Host/Host where you can showcase your hospitality skills while contributing to an enjoyable dining experience for all our guests!
