Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, ensuring timely seating for guests while optimizing table turnover. Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and take reservations while providing information about the restaurant. Collaborate with the serving team to ensure smooth seating transitions and guest satisfaction. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area. Engage with guests while they wait, ensuring they feel attended to and informed of wait times. Assist in managing guest flow and communicating table status to the rest of the team. What You Bring Customer service experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train enthusiastic individuals. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Confidence in handling guest inquiries and seating challenges calmly.
