We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier hospitality, an inviting atmosphere, and unforgettable guest experiences. About the Role We are seeking a Host to be the welcoming face of Èlephante Scottsdale. As the first point of contact for guests, you will set the tone for their experience by providing warm, professional, and attentive service. You’ll manage reservations, assist with seating, and ensure seamless front-door operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Guide guests to their tables as directed by the maître d’ Manage reservations and accommodate walk-in guests Answer incoming calls and assist guests with inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance area Ensure menus are properly stocked, organized, and up to date Assist in coat check services (where applicable) Work closely with the maître d’, servers, and management to optimize seating and flow of service Perform opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of the front desk area Attend pre-service meetings and participate in training sessions Adhere to all company appearance, health, and sanitation standards Uphold a team-oriented attitude, assisting fellow staff as needed What We’re Looking For Previous host experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightclub Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive demeanor Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
