This individual will oversee all aspects of the front desk and will report directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities include the following: Welcome guests to the venue with a smile and positive 5i attitude Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists Manage reservations in MindBody, our booking software Escort customers to assigned simulator or bar areas Provide information on specials as well as memberships and league information Acknowledge customers upon their departure Coordinate with wait staff about available simulator options Maintain a clean reception area Answer incoming calls and address customers’ inquiries Assist other staff as needed Required Qualifications: Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required Experience in managing reservations Demonstrable customer-service skills Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in-person Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor all simulators and bar area Availability to work various shifts as needed Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance* Long and Short Term Disability* Accident and Critical Illness Insurance* 401K * Meals while working are included for free **Benefits only apply to Full-Time Employees** Pay: $11.35/hr + tips Job Type: Part time, non-exempt Hours: Nights and weekends required Five Iron Golf is committed to celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive environment for employees of all backgrounds.
