About the Position We are seeking Full-Time Seasonal Hosts to be part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You’ll get the opportunity to foster a culture of creating memorable experiences for members and their guests. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and delivers a high level of member service while maintaining the highest integrity. You will work well under pressure, be a team player, organized, flexible, self-motivated, and reliable. You’ll have a chance to work with a passionate year-round Food & Beverage team of managers, supervisors, front and back of the house individuals, along with an exceptional group of seasonal people from around the world. What You’ll Do Greet members and guests in a warm and friendly manner as they arrive. Escort members and guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them of the day specials. Address and resolve any immediate member or guest concerns in a professional manner. Manage the seating chart and ensure an even distribution of tables among servers. Answer phone calls and handle reservations via phone, maintain records. Maintain a clean and organized host stand, including menus and reservation lists. Assist servers and other staff as needed during busy periods to ensure a seamless dining experience. Requirements Skills & Experience Minimum of three (6) months of Host experience in the hospitality industry. Experience delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with other team members ensuring member satisfaction. Ability to use POS technology effectively. Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and carrying up to 30 pounds. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Education Minimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent Any combination of education, training, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
