SCHEDULE: Days - Hybrid (after training), hourly, some evenings and weekends may be required, some travel in/around but not limited to Oelwein, Waterloo, Waukon and Cedar Rapids agency vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided. Qualifications MUST-HAVES (REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION) * Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related Human Services field OR experience in lieu of the degree (5 years relevant work experience) would be needed. * Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is required. * Compliance Knowledge: Proven ability to ensure program delivery is in compliance with regulatory requirements. BONUS POINTS (PREFERRED SKILLS) * Setting Experience: Previous experience working within an Home and Community Based Waiver (HCBS) setting is a plus. * Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
