We are now looking for a host/ess to:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Answer phone calls
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional appearance and grooming standards
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service from the moment they arrive.
