• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or front-of-house team member in a busy hospitality venue.
• Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Professional appearance and welcoming attitude.
• Knowledge of reservation systems is desirable.
• Passion for hospitality, live music, and creating memorable guest experiences.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Host, you are the first face guests see when they arrive and the last when they leave. You’ll create a positive first impression, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure smooth service across the floor. The ideal candidate is confident, friendly, and organised, with a natural flair for hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and energy.
• Manage bookings, walk-ins, and guest flow across the venue.
• Escort guests to tables and ensure they are settled comfortably.
• Communicate with the floor and management team about VIPs, large groups, and special requirements.
• Maintain awareness of floor plan, table allocations, and guest turnover.
• Handle enquiries in person, over the phone, and via booking systems.
• Assist with cloakroom, guest lists, and event check-ins as required.
• Ensure a consistently professional and welcoming front-of-house presence.
