At Bancone we currently operate 4 successful venues in London, and we are looking for a full-time Host in our well-established Covent Garden venue.

What we ask from you:

  • Experience as a Host in a busy restaurant (or similar environment), event’s management and using reservation systems such as SevenRooms and OpenTable;
  • Strong organisation and communication skills (verbal and written) to enable effective interaction with guests and colleagues;
  • Awareness of GDPR in relation to customer’s data and some financial knowledge to be able to process deposits and refunds;
  • Team player with passion for food & drinks and delivering excellent customer service;
  • Complying with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards;
  • Eager to learn and develop, able to use own initiative and work under pressure with an approachable nature and can-do attitude;
  • Owning and taking responsibilities for own actions with an honest approach;
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel;
