Bar North is seeking an outgoing and responsible leader to join our team as a host / hostess. Starting pay rate is $11/hr., PLUS cash tip out from servers. Most shifts will be in the evening, but some day shifts may be available.

Responsibilities will include:

• Greeting all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Seat guests according to restaurant guidelines
• Communicate constantly and professionally with entire front of house staff, especially the manager on duty
• Assist servers in bussing and cleaning tables and chairs
• Take reservations from in person guests as well as over the phone
• Take carry out orders over the phone
• Maintain an organized wait list
• Assist servers with designated side work

Prior restaurant experience or proven ability to work well in fast paced customer service settings preferred.
