• Greeting customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Logging events and functions in the reservation book.
• Keeping the manager informed of all happenings in the front end.
• Coordinating with the kitchen and banquets.
• Assisting with meeting, greeting, and seating restaurant guests.
• Managing reservations, handling inquiries about the menu, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.
• bussing tables and assisting Servers as needed.
