We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Busser to join our dynamic restaurant team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with food service practices and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
  • Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
  • Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the dining area.
  • Support the kitchen staff by delivering food orders promptly and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
  • Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing when necessary.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
