OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

SKILLS

  • Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A background in hotel experience can be beneficial but is not required.
