We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to guest services, and the ability to thrive in a bustling atmosphere.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred, particularly in restaurants or hotels.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with guests effectively.
  • Familiarity with food service operations and guest services will be beneficial.
  • A passion for hospitality and helping others is key to success in this role.

  • Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations.
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area, including menus and waiting areas.
  • Utilize POS systems for reservations and guest management as needed.
