OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred, with a strong background in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
  • Restaurant or hotel experience is a plus but not required.
