EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred, particularly in restaurants or hotels.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with guests effectively.
- Familiarity with food service operations and guest services will be beneficial.
- A passion for hospitality and helping others is key to success in this role.

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area, including menus and waiting areas.
- Utilize POS systems for reservations and guest management as needed.
