JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with guests positively.
  • A background in hotel or hospitality industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
