SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services in a hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience using phone systems effectively.
• Previous experience in a reservationist or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while addressing guest concerns or issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.

• Assist with any other administrative tasks related to reservations and guest services.
