POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Host is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and creating a warm and positive first impression. This role is key to maintaining smooth front-of-house operations and delivering excellent customer service.

• Previous experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or customer service is preferred.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle inquiries or concerns politely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area.
• Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed during busy shifts.
