We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional guest services and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in guest services within a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus but not required.
  • A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
