SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Host/Host to join our team at Khazana Canada in Toronto. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as they enter our restaurant. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing our guests’ dining experiences.

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in managing waitlists during busy periods.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu items and specials.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications * Proven experience in guest services or hospitality roles.

• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally over the phone.
