• Greet guests with a warm Lil’ Nashville welcome, creating a positive first impression
• Manage online reservations and respond to booking requests
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring they are comfortable and
  well-attended to
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information about the
  restaurant and its offerings
• Maintain a clean and organised hosting area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for
  guests
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
