JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to add to our dedicated and enthusiastic team in our fast-paced restaurant. As a part of the team you will be playing a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience, and guiding each guest through a new approach to dining in Calgary. You will be responsible for answering phones, booking reservations, seating guests, supporting the floor staff, and maintaining a timeless environment throughout service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable at all times on the floor
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terms
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Familiarity with Opentable
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Speaking Italian is not required but is a big asset
