JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest flow efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
  • Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with POS systems is a plus; familiarity with Micros POS is highly desirable.
