We are looking for confident, energetic, and stylish individuals to join our team of Hosts and Hostesses.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years working in customer service or restaurant preferred
• Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Must be able to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays to support business needs
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Self-Motivating with the ability to multi-task; ability to think critically in a fast paced environment
• Adhere to dress code and grooming standards

  Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Welcoming guests upon arrival and thanking guests as they leave
• Strategically assign reservations and seat guests to ensure the best service from servers and kitchen
• Answering phone calls, documenting and returning voice messages
• Confidently communicate information to managers, servers, and kitchen
• Miscellaneous office work: checking email, printing documents etc.
• Take pride in the appearance of the restaurant and show initiative to keep the dining environment clean, neat, and attractive
• Provide an exceptional customer experience with attention to detail and offer a unique dining experience to exceed guests expectations
