JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on guest services, and the ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with POS systems is beneficial; knowledge of Micros POS is a plus.

  • Maintain an organized front-of-house area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guests.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism, assisting with inquiries and reservations.
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for resolution.
  • Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, to manage orders and payments when necessary.
