ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Host / Hostess, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. You’ll manage reservations, greet guests with confidence, and ensure smooth seating flow throughout service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Welcome guests with a warm, engaging presence
  • Manage reservations and walk-ins using our booking system
  • Coordinate table assignments and communicate effectively with the service team
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalise each interaction
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards while bringing your own personality to the role
