REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in fine dining setting.
  • Knowledge on higher end wines and wine pairings.
  • Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
  • Knowledge of food service operations, including menu items and beverage pairings.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
