Description Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience Previous experience in customer service and/or hospitality is required. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with guest services in a restaurant or hotel setting is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
