We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of guest relations and service, contributing to an enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.

SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with OpenTable is a plus.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
