JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient seating arrangements. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience by managing reservations, greeting guests, and maintaining the flow of service in the restaurant.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous host/host or food service experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen sense of phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving techniques and guest services.
  • Experience in hotel settings or related fields is a plus but not required. Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service!
