Heritage Ranch & WestLake Grill is looking for a new team member!.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Great Communication Skills
  • Must have Sales Experience - both in person and over the phone
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Must be Available to Work 10-20 hours per week, Evenings & Weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a office or administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficient organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and clerical duties is a plus.
  • Ability to operate phone systems and computerized reservation systems effectively.
  • A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries and bookings.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing and managing guest information.
  • Assist in coordinating the flow of guests and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Sell packages over the phone/in person and enter them into our booking system
