QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset (but not required).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy shifts.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with basic computer or POS knowledge.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel at home upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Communicate with servers and the kitchen to maintain smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception/host station.
• Assist in answering phones, taking reservations, and coordinating large parties.
