OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy times
• Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
• A helpful attitude and willingness to assist guests with their needs
  -Availability to work in shifts as needed
  -Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

• Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
• Manage wait list and mentoring the wait list and seating arrangements
• Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries
• Maintain a clean host area.
• Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service and help in drink orders and wclean the table.
• Handle delivery takeout
• Assist in setting up dining areas for service
