We’re looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. You’ll be the first face our guests see, helping create a welcoming atmosphere and smooth dining experience. We value teamwork and are looking for someone who enjoys helping others and working together.
Pay: $15/hour + tips

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in restaurants or hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Strong customer service
• Clear communication and professional phone etiquette
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment

• Greet guests warmly and provide menus
• Use POS systems for take out orders.
• Package and organize take out orders (tips included)
• Manage server seating to keep the flow smooth
• Manage the waitlist and keep guests updated on wait times during busy periods
• Handle guest questions and concerns politely
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand/entrance area
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies
