The Hostess/Host is responsible to greet customers as they enter a restaurant, takes their reservation or shows them to their table. They may also handle phone calls, customer queries about the restaurant and menu, and assist various restaurant staff when necessary. They are expected to know all restaurant menus and specials and special events. The hosts are responsible for maintaining the front area of the restaurant and host stand in an orderly and attractive manner.
In season, evening hours and off season, breakfast, lunch and dinner hours.
3 years experience in Customer Service and Host/Hostess position.
