REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and customer interaction.
  • Familiarity with food service operations and POS systems, specifically Micros POS, is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
