OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for guest services, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
  • Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area.
  • Assist with other front-of-house duties as required to enhance the overall guest experience.
