Key Responsibilities * Create a warm, memorable first impression for every guest * Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure timely, seamless service * Answer phone inquiries and reservations  * Maintain exceptional service standards and a polished, professional demeanor * Assist the service team by clearing and resetting tables as needed * Keep host stations and equipment clean, organized, and guest‑ready * Anticipate and exceed guest expectations with confidence and care Qualifications * Strong verbal communication skills in English; multilingual candidates are a plus * At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a food & beverage department * Familiarity with Toast or similar POS systems is helpful * Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Sunday availability is required Benefits * Salary range of $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience.  * Affordable medical, dental, for full-timers * 401(k) with generous employer match * Vacation, holiday, and paid sick time * Complimentary meals during shifts * Discounted parking available
