The Role… We are seeking an experienced Host to join our Central London team at Kettner's (W1D 5HP). A host at Soho House is responsible for welcoming and greeting members and guests, managing the table booking systems and supporting with floor team to seat current bookings and prepare tables for the next booking. Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting and seating members and supporting with the floor team where needed What we are looking for... 1-2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Yes, yes, yes mentality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Have a genuine passion for food and beverage Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required *If you haven't got previous experience, try applying for a 'Waiter' or 'Runner' position. Most of our hosts are promoted internally!
