We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Host/Hostess who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep things running smoothly from the moment guests walk in the door.
Greet all guests with a warm, friendly attitude
Manage waitlists and reservations during peak hours
Seat guests efficiently while keeping server rotations balanced
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and assist with takeout orders
Keep the front-of-house clean, organized, and upbeat
Work closely with servers, bussers, and management to ensure a top-notch dining experience
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
A calm, positive attitude under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team player mindset – willing to jump in where needed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
Previous experience as a host or in customer service preferred, but not required
Smartserve is an asset
