Since 1996, La Vecchia Ristorante has been a Toronto destination for authentic Italian dining. With our new Thornhill location, we’re continuing our tradition of excellence in food, wine, and hospitality. We’re seeking hosts/hostesses who can create a welcoming first impression and keep our dining room flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating flow.
• Coordinate reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable.
• Escort guests to tables and assist with menus.
• Answer phones and assist with takeout orders when needed.
• Support the FOH team with professionalism and positivity.

Qualifications

• Previous host or customer service experience an asset, but not preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused.
• Organized and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
