Manhattan Beach Post opened in April 2011, Fishing With Dynamite in April 2013 and The Arthur J in June 2015. We are looking to recruit skilled, highly passionate, experienced and motivated Hostess/Maitre'D's @ Fishing with Dynamite. A qualified Host Candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year hosting in an upscale casual atmosphere. Excellent multi-tasking skills, working well under pressure and an ability to smile amidst the hustle & bustle of a busy restaurant is required. Being Guest First, quick thinking and have grace under pressure are qualities we hold in very high regard. Candidates for this position will possess humility, integrity and respect. A flexible schedule is preferred – lunch and dinner hours will be required. Most of all we are looking for individuals passionate about hospitality and relationship building.
