REQUIREMENTS

• Previous restaurant experience required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, engaging personality.
• Knowledge of guest service principles and restaurant operations is an asset.
• Familiarity with OpenTable is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating efficiently.
• Maintain an organized waitlist and clearly communicate wait times.
• Answer guest questions about the menu and restaurant offerings.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Buzz tables when necessary to help maintain a smooth flow of service.
