Company Description Job Description The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas elevates the brunch and dinner buffet experience with a feast of delectable options — including many made-to-order dishes — crafted by Executive Chef Craig Herber and his culinary experts. As a Host Person your role will include: Job Responsibilities: The Host Person is responsible for providing superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure. Greeting and seating guests. Assisting guest with reservation via phone and in person. Assisting Managers with table management to maximize seating. Assisting guest with special request. Qualifications Job Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner 1 year work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant is preferred. Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (incl. reservations management system) and food/wine service knowledge. Requires the ability to multi-task, work efficiently and within a team environment. Must be available to work all shifts; to include day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Requires a Clark County Health Card and TAM Card. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
