Job Description The Host Person role at Zero Bond Las Vegas is the first point of contact for members and their guests when they enter the club, embodying the warmth, professionalism, and discretion that define the Zero Bond experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a people-first mindset. Hosts are responsible for greeting guests by name, managing member check-in, confirming reservations, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and polished front-of-house presence. Key Responsibilities: Greet all members and their guest by name with warmth and professionalism. Manage high-volume phone lines; assist with direct inquiries, bookings, F&B requests, events & membership inquiries promptly. Support manager with table management to maximize seating and maintain guest flow. Maintain a clean, always organized and guest-ready front desk. Execute daily guest list operations, confirm member validity and communicate with membership & management team to address on-site concerns and escalations in real time. Build and maintain professional relationships with returning members and guests, recognizing repeat visitors and engaging in meaningful rapport. Act as a liaison between members and management to relay feedback, concerns and service suggestions in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate all reservations requests, including large-party bookings, using approved systems and protocols. Adhere to Wynn’s grooming, attire and uniform standard maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times. Maintain a friendly, engaged, and upbeat presence in all guest interactions. Perform all other guest service duties as directed by management. Attend all required training sessions and pre-shift briefings to stay informed of daily priorities, new offerings, and member notes. Execute all responsibilities in accordance with departmental and Wynn company policies and procedures. Qualifications Job Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience as a host or in a similar guest-facing role, preferably in a high-end restaurant, lounge or hospitality environment. Must be available to work all shifts to include day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Professional phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in basic computer systems (SevenRooms, Peoplevine) Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain calm in high stress situations. Exceptional communication skills; fluent in English (verbal and written) Detail-orientated and ability to multi-task in a high-volume, demanding work environment. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or active work cards for the position. Physical Requirements & Benefits Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. Must be able to work on your feet for at least 10 hours. Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others. Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift to 50 pounds on occasion and 35 pounds regularly. Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water. Ability to kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required. Work in a smoking environment.
