We are seeking a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Host to help create exceptional guest experiences at the Green River Grill & Bar, located wihtin the Lodge at Mammoth Cave, in the National Park. As the first point of contact for visitors, the Host plays a key role in welcoming guests, providing information about the park and lodge amenities, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay. Host Responsibilities: * Greet customers and provide timely and excellent customer service * Keep host stand and restaurant areas clean and organized * Follow seating and table rotation guidelines * Assist with bussing tables if needed Requirements: * Excellent customer service and people skills * Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts * Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change and reconcile paperwork * Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
