JOB OVERVIEW:

We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and customer-focused Host/Server to join our team at Chuck’s Roadhouse. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and passionate about providing excellent service. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest has a positive dining experience.

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
• Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and with attention to detail
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
