- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist in taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Skills:
- Proficiency in POS systems, specifically Aloha POS
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
- Exceptional customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries
- Willingness to assist in various tasks to support the team
