Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Server to join our team at Oh My Pâté Café. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take and serve orders with accuracy, and ensure our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using our POS system.
• Make banh mi and drinks.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure all items meet quality standards.
• Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
• Handle cash, card payments, and receipts responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
• Support team members during busy times (help with food prep, packaging, or drinks if needed).
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Provide friendly and attentive service that reflects the Oh My Pâté brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server, cashier, or in customer service is a plus (not required we’re happy to train).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
