OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for the food industry.
Experienced, available, and hard working hosts will be quickly promoted to serving.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is required.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.

• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Process payments using a cash register or point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations throughout service.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
