EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is required.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Process payments using a cash register or point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and regulations throughout service.
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
